But sometimes what is needed is merely the strategy or a deeper understanding that moves past the norm. Our Strategic Planning + Consulting Lab is the perfect catalyst for pulling together parameters, creating definitions, deciding on infrastructure needs, establishing quantitative metrics, and positioning for implementation. The Polymath Design Collective SPCS Lab can be utilized a-la-cart or in conjunction with one of our other labs.

The world has come along way from blueprints and design building by hand. Although we are nostalgic about the former if your building isn’t digitally represented you are already behind the eight-ball. The standard now, at the bare minimum is to utilize CAD software to prepare accurate documentation of your investment, but BIM takes it one step future with the ongoing 3D modeled representation of your building, coordinated before construction and installation so that there are fewer time delays and costly mistakes.

Whether your existing building is so old, that you have no digital representation of it, you need the conversion of blueprints into CAD files or you have a complex project that requires BIM in order to minimize risk and maximize the return of your investment. The Polymath Design Collective is your go-to for CAD, BIM and additional digital services.

Sustainability and green design are forward-thinking, responsible approaches to design solutions. Green design, or green architecture, is a means that incorporates design solutions that minimize a building’s carbon footprint.

Sustainable, relates to a more regimented directive in eco-friendly design which focuses on the long-term impact.
